Subcontract Labour Timesheets

Subconractors can submit timesheets which create a purchase receipt record that can be matched to an invoice from the subcontractor or a buyer created invoice from Ostendo. These purchase receipts do not require a purchase order but they can be linked to an open purchase order if required.

 

Subcontract Labour Expense Claims

Subconractors can submit expense claims such as mileage, parking, accommodation and meals etc using the Freeway mobility app. These create a purchase receipt record that can be matched to an invoice from the subcontractor or a buyer created invoice from Ostendo. These purchase receipts do not require a purchase order but they can be linked to an open purchase order if required.

 

Subcontract Labour Piece Rate

Subconractors may be paid by a piece rate for work completed rather than by the hour. Using the Freeway mobility app they can record the work they complete which creates a purchase receipt record that can be matched to an invoice from the subcontractor or a buyer created invoice from Ostendo. These purchase receipts do not require a purchase order but they can be linked to an open purchase order if required.
