The Freeway Mobility App is the mobile extension of Ostendo Continuum, designed to bring ERP capability directly to the point of work. Datasheets & Real-Time Data Capture

At the heart of Freeway is the Datasheet.
A datasheet is completed whenever a user performs work using a Style Template. When saved, information flows straight back into Ostendo, updating jobs, inventory, timesheets, assets, and accounts instantly.

Freeway datasheets support:

  • Materials, charges, and inventory usage
  • Job and work order timesheets (Start/Stop, manual, pooled teams)
  • Typed notes, audio notes, photos, sketches, and drawings
  • Mandatory or optional signatures with data lock-down

The Assignment Board is the visual control centre for Freeway-enabled work.
Jobs, deliveries, production orders, call tickets, and activities can be scheduled and deployed to mobile users in real time.

  • Dispatch by service zone, delivery run, carrier, work centre, or resource
  • Automatic rescheduling as work starts and finishes
  • Pooling of jobs to teams — first technician to accept is assigned
