Remote Support for Computers – TeamViewer
With TeamViewer, we can securely log in to your computer at your invitation. Simply run the TeamViewer app and provide your Ibis consultant with your Partner ID and password—that’s it.

Remote Support for Android Devices – TeamViewer & Vysor
We can remotely access and control most Android devices to provide real-time support for the Ostendo Freeway app.
TeamViewer for Android
To enable remote control:

Install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app on your Android device

Provide your Ibis consultant with your Partner ID

Allow access when prompted
Download the TeamViewer QuickSupport app for Android devices
Vysor for Special Android Devices

Some Android point mobile devices do not support full remote control via TeamViewer. In these cases, we use Vysor:
- The Vysor app must be installed on:
- Your Windows computer
- Your Android point mobile device
- Your device is connected to the computer using a USB cable
- Your Ibis consultant then connects via TeamViewer to control your mobile device through your computer
This ensures full visibility and hands-on support even for specialised hardware.
Remote Support for Apple iPhone & iPad (iOS)
For Apple iOS devices running iOS 11 or higher, we can provide remote screen viewing for Ostendo Freeway support:
- Real-time screen sharing
- Step-by-step guidance
- Secure, user-controlled access
Please note:
- Apple iOS does not allow full remote control, but our consultants will guide you through screen sharing for fast troubleshooting.
