How to Upload a Copy of Your Database to Ibis Support

1. On your web browser go to https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/IbisSupport

 

2. Add one or more zipped files. Please prefix the file name with your Company Name, Ostendo, then the 'Database Update No.' (found under Help>About), then the date backwards (YYMMDD), so we can clearly identify your database.

 

3. Add your name and email address

4. Add any relevant message

5. Click on Upload and leave the screen open until the database is uploaded
