We provide services and support for Ostendo Operations (ERP) and Ostendo Freeway throughout Australia and New Zealand through our online Customer Care Centre, which includes an online Knowledgebase, online Support Tickets and a toll free Support Line.
Our online Customer Care Centre ensures that your requests for service and support are properly logged in our system as a Ticket, and not lost in one person's email Inbox or voicemail messages. This ensures timely tracking of your service and support requests by our team and provides you with visibility of their status and progress.
Our team of consultnats are based throughout Australia and New Zealand, so our Online Support Centre ensures that the first available consultant can respond to you by phone or email, irrespective of where they are located.
Self Help Resources
Because our objective is to build your knowledge, we provide Self Help Resources in our online Customer Care Centre in the form of a Knowledgebase and a record of your past Tickets and how they were resolved.
Our self help resources enable you to obtain support immediately for many types of queries without having to communicate with our consultants. Our Knowledgebase is being continually added to and updated.
Simple and Easy to Use
We make it easy to request services or support by simply emailing firstname.lastname@example.org which will log a Ticket in our online Customer Care Centre. Alternatively you can login and submit a Ticket. Our team of consultants are immediately notified of your request by email and we will respond as soon as possible. We will often phone you to work through your support query with you online via TeamViewer.
Toll Free Support Line
We have a toll free support line that you can phone for support but you should submit a Ticket to our Customer Care Centre before you call so we can track and respond to your query efficiently. Our team of consultants may not always be available to take calls but your voicemail will be automatically emailed to them.
