New Ibis Support Centre

We are pleased to announce that effective from Monday 2nd September we are changing our Support Centre system. We will be using the Service Camp system by TeamViewer instead of the Kayako system we have been using for many years. We are making this change in an effort to improve our support.

The process for how to request support remains unchanged. Our support email remains as and from Monday 2nd September the URL will open our new Ibis Support Centre using Service Camp system by TeamViewer

Current support tickets already submitted in our Kayako system will be processed in that system. You can continue to login to our Kayako system at to review current and past support tickets, but this will be unavailable after 16th April 2020. 

You can continue to access our self help Knowledgebase on our Kayako system at until our new self help Knowledgebase is ready in the near future. Our complimentary FAQ Knowledgebase also contains useful information.
