We are making some improvements to how we track your requests for services and support.
We are launching a new ticketing system to ensure that your requests for service and support are properly logged in our system as a ticket, and not lost in one person's email Inbox or voicemail messages. This is not just for support queries, but for any service including reports, scripts, implementing a new module of Ostendo etc.
All you need to do is email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org to log a ticket and the next available consultant will contact you. If you want a specific consultant to handle your request you can also copy them on your email.
You can still phone us about your request and we will always phone you personally about the service and support you requested. You can also take advantage of our self help resources which are being constantly updated.
